台風18号は想像以上の威力で日本列島を横断しました。
紫月の辺りでは一晩中大量の雨が降り、
それがすこしおさまったかと思うと、次は強風でした。
幸いに、特に被害も出ず無事に一夜を越し、
16日の午後には見事な秋晴れとなりました。

とはいえ、京都のいろんな所で大きな被害が出ています。
鴨川も水かさが増えて濁流となっていて、
昨晩の雨量のすごさを想像させました。
