ご近所に工房を持たれた日菓さん。
でも、開いてる日になかなか行けず…。
と思っていて、先日ようやく念願が叶いました！

かわいいディスプレイの店内。
お菓子は３種類ありましたが、１つはすでに売り切れ。
せっかくなので、２種類とも購入しました〜。
お菓子それぞれに短い説明がついていて、
それを読みながらほっこりいただきました。

シンプルだけど、個性的な和菓子。
ちょっとしたプレゼントに喜ばれそうです。
月ごとに変わるそうなので、また来月も見に行ってみようかな〜。

ご近所のえびすやさんの食パンを２種類ご紹介。
1つは玄米パンで、もう1つは全粒粉の食パンです。
（全部で玄米、全粒紛、プレーン、レーズン、くるみ、お茶の6種）

日本で売られている一般的なパンは「イーストフード」という科学物質にて
人工的に膨らまされたパンがほとんどです。
そして、この物質は体への危険性が高いとされています。

そもそも、日本のパンは「真っ白でふっくらして甘いのがおいしい」という基準なので、
こういったパンが大量生産されるのだと思います。
ヨーロッパのパンは固いのが普通ですが、イーストフードは使われていないです。
その分、噛めば噛むほど味が出ておいしいです。

えびすやさんはどのパンもこだわりの国産小麦と水と沖縄のお塩のみを使用し、
自家焙煎酵母を使って発酵されています。
添加物はいっさい入っていないので、食べた時の味が普通のパンとはぜんぜん違います。

最近日本でも食の安全が重要視されていますが、
これぞ安全でおいしいパンのお手本ではないかと思います。

ご近所に住むフランス人とドイツ人のカップルが
この辺りのパン屋の「クロワッサンリサーチ」をされて、
見事一番おいしいクロワッサンに輝いた
パン屋「トムソーヤー」のクロワッサンを試してみました！

確かに、生地のサックリ感といい、バターのほど良さといい、おいし〜。
パリで食べたクロワッサンに近い？と記憶をたどってみたり…。

西陣界隈に去年オープンされたカフェ「たま茶」さんに行ってきました。
外観のタイルに目を引かれ、そしてお店の看板もかわいくて。

奥さんがガラス作家さん、旦那さんが木工作家さんということで、
お店の中には素敵なガラス作品がたくさん並んでいました。
作品の購入、ハーブティーの購入もできます。

中のゆったりスペースで、香りのい〜いハーブティーで心もゆったり。
ハーブティーとシフォンケーキのセットもあります。

お米屋さんがされている洋食屋さんに行ってきました。
外から見ると普通のお米屋さんで、奥にレストラン部分があります。
お米の種類もいろいろあって、
注文した時に精米していただけるとので、お米の新鮮さが保たれます。

メニューはハンバーグのセットが多く、
みんなどれも心を惹くメニューで迷ってしまうのですが…
とりあえず、おろしハンバーグの鳥南蛮セットを注文。
と〜っても幸せな味でした！

「ちょい飲みビール」なんて気がきいたメニューもあり。
そして、やはりお米屋さんなので、ごはんはおかわりOKということで、
盛り加減も柔軟に対応していただけました。

妙に落ち着くお店のふいんきなので、
一人でもふらっと行ける感じでした。

雪が積もったので、久しぶりに源光庵に行ってきました。
そして、
その帰り道にとても素敵なお醤油屋さんを見つけました。

松野醤油さんです。
奥に見えていた樽がとっても素敵だったので
写真を撮らせていただきました。
百年以上も使用されているので、傷みが出たりするらしく、
いくつかある樽の中で、一部壊れている樽がありました。
そういった大きな樽を直せる職人さんは一人しかいないらしく、修繕待ちということ。
おそらく、新しい樽では出せない味があるのでしょうね。
長い歴史を体感できるお店です。

ご近所にはいろんなおいしいお店があるのですが、
その中でもちょっと特別な日に行きたいのが「渋谷」さんです。

以前から気になっていたので、
今回は思い切って豪華ディナーを堪能してきました。

お店は町家をうまく利用されていて、
こじんまりとした隠れ家的な感じです。

最近はめっきりお魚好きなってきているのですが、
お魚と野菜の味がそのまま活かされていて感動！
（もちろんお肉もおいしいですよ）
どの品もほんとに「おいしい〜」と言わずにはいられない。

また、「ちょっと特別な日」を作ってぜひ行きたいお店です。

ともだちの送迎会として
ご近所のお店をはしごしてきました。

一軒目は、お店の前に奇妙（？）な石像が立つ
韓国焼き肉屋さん「芝蘭（ チラン）」。
予約なしで行ったわたしたちは大繁盛のお店にびっくり！
なんとかカウンターに座らせてもらい、注文を。
カルビやタンなどどれもおいしかった。
韓国のお酒もいろいろとおいていました。
近所にこんなおいしい韓国焼き肉屋があってかんどー。

二件目は、以前にも何度か行った中華の王道「御旅飯店」。
ここのお店はメニューが多く、
昼、夜にかかわらず定食メニューを注文できます。
今日はぜったいラーメンと決めていたのですが
種類の多さにまた悩む…そして、御旅ラーメンを注文。
野菜のピリ辛あんかけのかかったラーメンで、
とっても元気の出る味でした。
暑くて食欲のない時にでもおいしく食べれて元気になる一品。

２軒とも大満足。体力が落ちる夏におすすめです。

京都にはかならず近所に２、３件お茶屋さんがあるような気がします。
数が多いのでどこのお茶屋さんがいいのか悩むのですが、
最近知り合いの勧めで、ご近所のお茶屋さんに行ってみました。

外からだとわかりにくいのですが、
お店の中は昔ながらの感じで、
ショーウィンドウの上や中など、商品が所狭しと並んでいます。

カウンターの後ろには木でできたお茶の箱がずら〜っと並んでいて
とってもかっこよかった。

お店の方に探しているものを知らせてアドバイスしていただき、
試飲もさせていただいたのですが、
カウンターの横に置かれたかわいいイスとテーブルで
ゆ〜っくり時間をかけて淹れてもらったお茶で
いろんなお話をしながらの試飲タイムでした。

こんなのどかなお茶屋さんがあるのもこの界隈ながらなのかもしれません。

紫月の煎茶は「一丘園」、ほうじ茶は「かりがね」です。

ご近所のパン屋さんで前から気になっていたお店
「L’AMI DU PAIN/ラミデュパン」に行ってきました。

ハード系パンが大好きなので、カンパーニュに目が止りました。
というか、目に止まらないわけがない…というほどの大きさです。
そしてこれが「小」なのです。
もちろん「大」もあり、こちらは予約が必要ということです。

大きさ的にスライスすると、サンドイッチにちょどいい感じ。
そしてもちろん味も二重丸です！

こちらではモーニングもされていて、
朝から店内でおいしいパンがいただけます。

紫月からは歩いて10分ほどです。
