パリで食べたPaulのパンが忘れられず…
と、気付けばいつの間にか三条にPaulができていました。

どのパンもおいしそうで迷ってしまいます。
こちらの店舗にはイートインスペースもあります。

おいしいパンを買って、鴨川にお散歩とか…
ショッピングエリアの真ん中にあるので、
お買い物の途中、ランチに立ち寄るのもよいかと思います。

さらさ押小路店で朝ごはん

以前にもご紹介しました「さらさ押小路」店で、
今回は朝ごはんメニューを試してみました。

いわゆる「あましょっぱ系」の朝ごはん。
パンケーキの横にポテト、目玉焼き、ベーコンと
たっぷりいろんなものがついています。

普段、なかなかしっかり朝ごはんを食べる機会がないので、
たまにがっつり朝食を食べて、ゆっくりするのもいいかと思います。

minä perhonen／ミナペルホネン

素敵なレトロビル、「寿ビルディング」にあるミナペルホネンに行ってきました。

カラフルな小物類やシックな服がいっぱい。
好きな生地を選んで作ってもらえるバッグがかわいかった。

ただ、わたしはどちらかというと、
商品よりもレトロビル自体に興味があり、
あの時代を越えた素敵な空間に惹かれてしまいました。

おにぎり屋さん

いつもタイミングが合わず買いそびれていたおにぎり屋さん。
自転車に小さなリヤカーのようなものをつけて販売されてます。

思っていたよりたくさんの種類のおにぎりがあり
迷いながら…玄米好きなので「玄米塩」と「鮭」を選びました。

玄米に絶妙な塩加減がすごくよくて気に入ってしまいました。
そして販売している本人が朝からほぐしたという鮭が入った
鮭のおにぎりもとてもおいしかった。
やっぱり作り立て、にぎりたての新鮮感が
このおいしさを出しているのではないでしょうか。

今日は寺町商店街に出没されてました。
天気がいいと岡崎あたりにも行かれるそうです。

八百一

４月にオープンして以来、
わたしのお気に入りスポットの１つになった「八百一」。
お気に入りスポットと言っても、スーパーなのですが…。

八百屋さんが経営するスーパー「八百一」。
そのために、野菜が新鮮で種類もとっても豊富です。
他にはあまり置いていない変わった野菜もあっって、
ついついいろいろと買ってしまいます。

２階には輸入食料品やワインなどが充実。
雑貨コーナーの雑貨はどれも素敵で
毎回覗いても飽きない品揃えです。

そして、何よりもおすすめは屋上にある「畑」。
ビルの屋上なので開放感いっぱいで、
畑を見ながらコーヒーも飲めたりします。

２階にあるレストラン「きょうのおかず」にも行ってみました。
一番おいしかったのは炭火で焼いたお野菜。
アスパラガスとれんこんを選んで焼いてもらったのですが、
外はカリっと中はしっとりでジューシー！
野菜の本来の甘みが味わえておいしかった〜。
野菜好きのわたしにとっては感動の野菜たち。
さすが八百屋さんの野菜です。

２階の一角にはかわいらしいおみやげコーナーがあったり、
ちょっと休憩できるテーブルとイスもあるので、
観光の買い物／休憩スポットとしての利用もおすすめです。
