前に一度ご紹介したサーカスコーヒーさんで、
コーヒーの抽出ワークショップに参加してきました。

お店の奥にあるかわいいスペースにて、
コーヒーの歴史、コーヒーの木の生殖、
おいしいコーヒーの淹れ方などいろいろと教えていただきました。

コーヒー豆の種類や焙煎の仕方によって
見た目の豆の様子も違い、豆の香りの違いも確認できたり、
普段はゆっくり観察していないことがわかりました。
なによりもコーヒー抽出のコツがわかったことは大きな収穫でした。

そして、お店の方といろんな会話ができるのも楽しかったです。
やっぱり「コーヒーのある所に人は集まる」のですね〜。

このワークショップを活かし、紫月のコーヒーがさらにおいしくなると思います。
＊現在サーカスコーヒーさんの「グァテマラ」をお出ししています。
（ご宿泊時期により、豆の種類が変わることがあります）
