少し前に発見したコーヒーショップ「サーカスコーヒー」さん。
ネットでたまたま発見して、お店のサイトがとても楽しい感じでだったので
さっそく行ってみました。
元お茶屋さんだったという立派な町家をうまく改修されていて
楽しさいっぱいの店構えになっています。
初めて見たらコーヒー屋さんだとは思わないかもしれない、ポップな感じ。
コーヒーの試飲ができるので、さっそく深煎りのコーヒーをお願いしました。
味の方は…なんだかコーヒーとは思えないさっぱりな味でびっくり。
もちろん深煎りなので、コクはあるのですが、後味がとてもさっぱりしている。
お店の方のお話によると、豆の品質にたいへんこだわっているということで、
通常よりも豆の搬送時間や方法に気を使って、豆の品質管理をしているとのことでした。

散策に楽しい大宮商店街を抜けて、徒歩15分くらいです。
