今年は健康管理を強化することに。
その１つとしてお砂糖を変えてみることにしました。

普通のお砂糖は真っ白に精製されているので、
何か以前から違和感がありました。
もっと自然なお砂糖はないのかな…と探していて、
「てんさい糖」にたどりつきました。
このお砂糖は「てんさい」というお野菜からできた天然の甘味料です。
「てんさい」は北海道で採れる野菜ですが、
寒いところで採れる野菜は体をあたためるのだそうです。

ところで、その味は？
…想像通り、とてもやさしい甘さです。
