雪が積もったので、久しぶりに源光庵に行ってきました。
そして、
その帰り道にとても素敵なお醤油屋さんを見つけました。

松野醤油さんです。
奥に見えていた樽がとっても素敵だったので
写真を撮らせていただきました。
百年以上も使用されているので、傷みが出たりするらしく、
いくつかある樽の中で、一部壊れている樽がありました。
そういった大きな樽を直せる職人さんは一人しかいないらしく、修繕待ちということ。
おそらく、新しい樽では出せない味があるのでしょうね。
長い歴史を体感できるお店です。
